Services
Design
Brightwake Fabrications offer a comprehensive design service to support projects from initial concept through to fabrication. Working closely with experienced draughtsmen, we produce detailed 3D models and General Arrangement (GA) drawings for client review and approval.
Our design process ensures all measurements, components, and connections are accurately represented, allowing for a clear understanding of the finished structure before fabrication begins. With a focus on efficiency, we provide quick turnaround times while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
Once approved, full fabrication packages are issued to our workshop team, ensuring all elements are manufactured precisely in line with the approved model. This approach minimises errors, improves coordination, and ensures a smooth transition from design to production.
Fabrication
Brightwake Fabrications deliver high-quality fabrication services specialising in both mild steel and stainless steel. Our workshop is equipped with a wide range of modern machinery and tools, including MIG and TIG welding equipment, plasma cutting machines for precision cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, guillotines, folders, band saws, and notching equipment.
We operate in line with EN 1090 standards, ensuring all work meets the required compliance and quality expectations for structural steel within the construction industry. Every component is fabricated with accuracy and consistency, supported by thorough quality checks throughout the production process.
To provide a complete solution, we also offer finishing services including galvanising and powder coating, ensuring durability and a high-quality finish suitable for a wide range of applications
Installation
Brightwake Fabrications provide a comprehensive installation service delivered by our experienced in-house site team. Led by a dedicated Site Supervisor, our team is able to attend site meetings, coordinate with main contractors, and ensure clear communication between site and head office throughout the duration of each project.
We operate with our own fully equipped installation teams and utilise the appropriate plant and machinery, including forklifts, cranes, davits, Genie lifts, and specialist lifting equipment, to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently. Our capabilities also include on-site welding and wet core drilling, allowing us to adapt to site requirements and deliver a complete installation service.
Health and safety is a key priority across all of our operations. We work to a high standard of health and safety compliance, producing our own Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), as well as detailed lift plans where required, ensuring all works are carried out in a controlled and compliant manner.
Working from detailed fitting drawings issued by our draughtsmen, our site team ensures all installations are carried out with precision and in line with the approved design. From smaller bespoke installations to larger structural packages, we maintain the same level of attention to detail and professionalism across all projects.
